  • Exchange & Return Policy

  • At Zerega, we care about your satisfaction. That’s why you can inspect your order upon delivery before making the payment.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery

  • The customer has the right to inspect the product when it arrives with the delivery representative.

  • If you decide not to accept the order for any reason, you may return it with the delivery representative at the same time. Only the shipping fees will be charged.

  • Once the delivery representative has left, the order amount will not be refunded in cash, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within a maximum of 5 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • With all tags attached and in its original packaging, if applicable

  • If the exchange is due to choosing a different size or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

  • If there is a product defect or an incorrect size or color sent by us, the case will be reviewed and handled through our customer service team.

  • Offers & Discounts

  • Products purchased as part of special offers or discounts are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • How to Request an Exchange

  • To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or direct messages, and provide:

  • Order number

  • A photo of the product

  • Reason for the exchange

  • Once the exchange request is approved, a delivery representative will be sent to collect the product only. The product will then be inspected at our warehouse.

  • After the product passes the inspection, the exchange will be confirmed or, if applicable, the eligible refund amount will be processed.

  • Refunds

  • In cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be sent via InstaPay only, after the product has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet our return conditions.
