Shipping policy

  • Delivery within Egypt takes 5–10 business days, depending on the governorate.
  • Cash on Delivery is available.
  • You can inspect the product upon delivery before making the payment.
  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • If the product has a defect or we sent the wrong size or color, the exchange will be made free of charge.
  • If the exchange is due to a change of mind or choosing a different size, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
